We are feeling very lucky to work with some really amazing partner organisations. 🤗
Danielle at Chamber Music Scotland very kindly got in touch recently to see what they could do to support Reachout members' wellbeing at this time. She has put together this playlist especially for us including some familiar faces who've already performed at Reachout! Our huge thanks! 🌞🌈💐

Introductions: Working with Colour
'Introductions' is a series of workshops where we will explore a range of different drawing, painting and printmaking techniques in 6-week blocks. Led by project worker Jen Bradley.
In this first block of 6 workshops, we will begin by looking at colour and how it is used within art. Looking to artists who use drawing and painting within their work, we will borrow various painting techniques to build our own way of using colour.
Workshop coming soon.
Volunteer Janette teaches needle felting and wet felting techniques to enable you to make both 2 and 3 dimensional felt creations.

Moving to Heal
Nia Moving to Heal is 'Movement as Medicine'. Classes are designed for everybody with long- or short-term healing goals: these can include recovery from injury or surgery; depression; Parkinson's or any other movement challenge; or those experiencing chronic illness. "Healing", as defined by Nia, is described simply by "I feel better". Moving to Heal focuses on slowing down, connecting to the present moment, and building a loving connection with your 'now' body, connecting to JOY. Chairs will be provided, if required.
