Reachout Referral Process
Step 1: Review available Reachout programmes and read referral policy
Step 1a: Arrange visit to Reachout service (if you haven’t been already)
Step 2: Fill in referral form
Step 3: Studio manager will contact you to arrange initial meeting with both referrer and their client. At this meeting suitability of membership will be determined by staff and date for induction session will be arranged.
Step 4: Complete induction, agree days/times for access over following 2-3 weeks, arrange date with Project worker for completing members form and membership fees then payable from this point.
