On 2 April 2026, we proudly opened our studio doors to family, friends, and partner organisations to celebrate World Autism Awareness & Acceptance Day.

This special event was entirely co-designed by our autistic members, with every detail shaped by their ideas, creativity, and lived experiences. From the initial concept and event planning to the graphic design, marketing, and programme, our members led the way.

Visitors enjoyed a vibrant programme featuring:

• A live musical performance by our members

• Meowders Den, our pop-up concept café serving tea, coffee, and biscuits

• A collaborative collage workshop

• Creative spotlights showcasing the incredible artwork and achievements of our members

The Open Day was a celebration of autistic creativity, talent, and community, providing a welcoming space to connect, learn, and champion acceptance together.
