Member-Led Projects

Reachout empowers local people to build confidence, share skills, and lead creative opportunities at their own pace. The member-led projects below are great examples of how our workshops foster a strong sense of community through peer support.

Participants develop greater self-awareness, improved confidence, and creative coping strategies for self-management, as well as a deeper understanding of the complexities surrounding mental health and neurodiversity.
