Originally a staff-led mixed craft group with Craft Facilitator Anne, our group became member-led when Anne took some time off. We enjoyed it so much, we chose to keep it going ourselves.

At first, we took turns leading structured sessions, sharing different crafts and techniques. Over time, the group naturally evolved—each of us began working on our own projects while continuing to support one another in new ways.

We’ve gained more than just creative skills—we’ve built friendships, trust, and a safe, supportive space where we feel truly understood. It’s a place where you can be yourself, whether you’re feeling chatty or tearful, and know you’ll be met with respect.

Having a regular time each week to focus on longer projects brings structure, inspiration, and peace of mind. This group has become a real highlight for all of us.
