Spark Shape Shine
Pathways to Employment
Spark-Shape-Shine is a specialist pre-employability programme for unemployed people aged 16+ who have additional support needs, neurodivergence, disabilities and/or long-term health conditions.
The programme provides a supportive, inclusive environment where participants can explore their interests, develop confidence and skills, connect with their community and take positive steps towards future learning, volunteering or employment.
What the programme offers:

Creative and person-centred learning
A blend of studio-based learning, community engagement and volunteering opportunities, alongside early intervention support. Participants can access personalised creative resources, sensory materials and adapted activities, including approaches suitable for non-verbal learners.

Self-referral or agency referral
Access our simple online referral form below (rolling access October - March 2027).

Flexible and accessible support
Up to 10 hours per week, over 5 days, tailored to each participant’s individual abilities, goals, interests and readiness.

Professional creative opportunities
High quality creative expressive arts opportunities including clay, crafts, visual arts, music, animation, and printmaking led by professional artists supported by experienced artist volunteers.
