Reachout Needs YOU! Volunteering Open Day

For #VolunteersWeek 2018, alongside celebrating our wonderful volunteers who give so much to Reachout and our members, we are holding an Open Day to showcase the valuable experiences volunteering with Reachout can offer.

Anyone who might be interested in volunteering with Reachout, either now or in the future, or who would like to find out for someone else... or just have a wee nosy... can come along and see what goes on at the charity. Tea and coffee (OK, and biscuits) will be provided and there is an opportunity to meet existing volunteers, staff and Reachout's members.

We are hosting a creative mixed media workshop - "Reachout needs YOU!" - between 12:30 and 13:30 during the open day, based around ideas of what it means to volunteer and all that it entails- personal benefits, benefits to the community and individuals, potential pitfalls... using the diverse materials and resources of the studio to create vibrant marketing material that promotes the work and volunteering opportunities of Reachout.
