Creating Change, Creating Futures
Our Creating Change, Creating Futures Programme provides creative opportunities as a steppingstone to build experiences and skill sets, for volunteering, further education, and employment. The programme aims to support unemployed people of all ages to overcome barriers to employment. Additionally, it supports individuals with long term health conditions, mental health issues, or disabilities in improving their health and wellbeing and progressing towards employment.
Participants will receive free Reachout membership, choose which workshops, activities, and events to participate in, make new connections and be inspired to make short term goals and aspirations.
Creative programmes are a safe inclusive space, delivered in Reachout’s large, flexible, fully equipped arts studio. They promote self-directed and lifelong learning opportunities through co-producing artwork, empowering personalisation and choice alongside fellow members. Led by professional artists, these programmes build on the skills, confidence, and self-worth of participants with long term conditions.
