Clackmannanshire Economic Regeneration Trust SCIO (CERT) is a charity, established to improve the economic inclusion, development and regeneration of Clackmannanshire.

In their work they seek to identify problems and opportunities that can improve Clacks and to work with others to develop and establish new supports to help address these.
