Our partnership with Alloa Academy Extended Additional Support Needs provided pupils with complex needs the opportunity to take part in supported, Artist led creative sessions. Programmes as co-created with the young people who in the past have chose to work with clay in a calm studio environment, developing artistic skills, confidence, and wellbeing through hands-on creative expression.

The project supported successful transitions, with pupils showing increased relaxation, communication, and pride in their achievements, and has led to continued engagement for some pupils beyond school. The partnership has been highly successful, and plans are already underway to continue the programme with future groups.
