✨ Goodbyes & New Beginnings ✨

This week at Reachout has been a mix of heartfelt farewells and exciting fresh starts.

We said a warm goodbye to Carly on her last day with us. Carly has been such an important part of the Reachout team, and we’re so grateful for the dedication, care, and kindness she has shown throughout her time here. 💙

At the same time, we’re thrilled to welcome two new team members:

👋 Jon – Operations & Finance Manager

Jon is stepping in to take over Carly’s office responsibilities, covering everything finance-related and lending his support across our organisational operations. We’re delighted to have him on board and know he’ll bring a steady hand and valuable expertise to the team.

🎨 Willow – Emerging Artist

We’re also excited to introduce Willow, who joined as our new Emerging Artist.

Willow describes their creative process as exploratory and playful:

“When creating I like to try different things. But I’ve found real joy in making posable felt sculptures and artdolls. I also enjoy drawing, painting, and have even dabbled in stop-motion.”

Much of Willow’s work reflects both personal and societal themes, tackling wellbeing and complex emotional issues through art. Using a variety of processes, media, and materials, Willow interprets movement, information, feelings, and lived experiences to create meaningful, thought-provoking pieces.

We’re so grateful for everything Carly has contributed to Reachout, and equally excited about the fresh energy Jon and Willow bring. Here’s to new chapters and creative possibilities ahead! 🌟
